The next day we took it to autozone and they scanned it for us, and the CPS code came up. Basically the car would die, we would let it sit for about 10 mins, drive for another 5, and then repeat. Then we test drove it for a while thinking "aha! she works!" and then shortly after the car cut off again. ![]() So our first guess was maybe her oil pump was going bad and we changed pretty much anything having to with that area. ![]() Her symptoms were : After driving for about an hour or so, her oil light would flash on the dash and then her car would cut off and she had to coast it to the nearest parking lot or side street. my Boyfriends sister has a 2003 vr6 and a few months ago her CPS went bad. ![]()
